Paula and Kathy,
We are so sorry for the loss of your mother. She was an extraordinary human being. A woman of great strength and wisdom, she used her talent with words to make the world a better place.
Never afraid to let her views be known, your Mom provided invaluable advice to Governors Licht and Garrahy and Public Utilites Commission Chairman Burke. It was no accident that she became a close personal friend of each.
Your Mom provded exceptional service to my Dad and the entire Garrahy Administration. If my Dad were alive, I am certain he would tell you how grateful he was for her wise counsel and treasured friendship.
My mother and the entire Garrahy family join me in expressing our condolences.
