Larry and Sara:
So sorry I just found out about your Mom.
Not sure if you remember me, but I am Jim and Jatter Lohman's daughter, Janice.
Your Mom called my Mom frequently, but now my Mom is in a nursing home.
Your Mom was a sweet lady. She will be sadly missed.

Sara you are in my thoughts and prayers. I will always remember the wonderful times that we had at your house. Your mom was one of the nicest ladies. She always had a smile on her face. She didn't even seem to mind when I ran into her car. Stay strong and remember the good times.

My husband and I became acquainted with Lou as we walked by her home on our daily late afternoon walks. She would step out of her house and wave; later we began talking in her driveway and looked forward to seeing her every day. She was always pleasant, witty, and a gracious lady. We became very fond of her and have missed her since she moved. May God bless all of you in the lost of your loved one. She was a blessing to us also. Betty and Vernon Webster

I well remember Lou from the MICU at the old LSU Medical Center. She was such a wonderful lady and mentor. Loved her. She took care of us and even called to check on me several times over the years after she retired. She sure loved her family and was so proud of them. Another angel in Heaven... vickey burnett

We lived across the road from Lou for several years when we lived in Shreveport. We enjoyed our times spent talking with Lou, or just a friendly wave when she was outdoors. She will always be remembered as wonderful, sweet, Christian neighbor.
