SHREVEPORT, LA – Air Force Veteran, Louis "Tim" Timothy Smith, 59, of Shreveport, Louisiana, passed away on July 25, 2014. Tim faithfully and honorably served his country during the Vietnam War and spent time overseas in Thailand. Tim was an excellent carpenter, loved gardening, music, LSU football and the New Orleans Saints. Tim was preceded in death by his mother, Ramona Rose Richard of Ruston, LA. Left to cherish his memory is his father, Ilience Smith of Bossier City; four sisters, Deborah Claire Albert of Springfield, MO, Ada Lucia Graffigna of Lodi, CA, Georgianna Stebbins of Katy, TX, and Lisa Michelle Fields of Carmichael, CA,...
SHREVEPORT, LA – Air Force Veteran, Louis "Tim" Timothy Smith, 59, of Shreveport, Louisiana, passed away on July 25, 2014. Tim faithfully and honorably served his country during the Vietnam War and spent time overseas in Thailand. Tim was an excellent carpenter, loved gardening, music, LSU football and the New Orleans Saints.

Tim was preceded in death by his mother, Ramona Rose Richard of Ruston, LA. Left to cherish his memory is his father, Ilience Smith of Bossier City; four sisters, Deborah Claire Albert of Springfield, MO, Ada Lucia Graffigna of Lodi, CA, Georgianna Stebbins of Katy, TX, and Lisa Michelle Fields of Carmichael, CA, along with two brothers, John Rodney Smith of Wethersfield, CT, and Paul Douglas Smith of Barry, TX; six nieces, one nephew, and two great nephews.

Celebration of life service will be held at Christ the King Catholic Church in Bossier City on Thursday, August 7, 2014, at 9:30 AM. Father LaCaze will be officiating the mass. Interment will follow at Hill Crest Cemetery.
