"Louie" to most all his friends and family, passed away at age 81, on April 18, 2014, in Rosemead, California.
Louie was born in Los Angeles, California, March 10, 1933; the son of the late parents of John Avalos and Mary Salse. He grew up in Azusa, California and later moved to Rosemead, California with his wife Josie.
Louie is survived by his wife Josie, 3 children (Andrea, Rene and Vincent), 6 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandchild.
Louie was known for his known for his love of motorcycles and music. He was dearly loved and will be sorely, missed by his family and friends.
A viewing will be held at Pierce Brothers Mortuary in San Gabriel, California on Wednesday, April 23, at 5pm.
His mass will be held at Saint Anthony's Church in San Gabriel, California on Thursday, April 24, at 10am.
