So sorry to hear about Lou's passing. I worked with Lou on the AIM-9 Test Set
program as project engineer at AAI. Lou was a very good program manager, mentor, and fine gentleman. His advice and guidance made a challenging job more enjoyable.

...anad yet another dear friend passes on. My wife and I have the fondest memories of Lou Balducci as we campaigned for her re-election back in the 80's. He was always so positive and careful not to infringe upon anybody;s rights in erecting signs yet aggressive for our purpose. A lovely sense of humor, great company and a good man in every sense of the word. He and Anita were true friends we were fortunate to have. Mary Louise and Frederick Preis

When I first started at AAI, I was assigned to Lou's AIM-9 program. He was a fine leader with a gentle sense of humor. His teams always had fun while doing great work. Lou made sure that his young engineers worked at several aspects of the project. This provided a broad background that served me well over the years.
May he rest in peace.

I worked with Lou when I was a Test Engineer in the Manufacturing Test Department at AAI. Lou treated everyone with respect and garnered much respect from all of those he worked with. He was a class act.

When I went to work at Aircraft Armaments (later to become AAI Corporation) Lou Balducci was among the people I met during my first week. I got to know him during my 22 years with the company. When I think of him now, the first word that comes to mind is "gentleman." He was always a fine gentleman. He was intelligent, hard working, kind, considerate, and he also had a great sense of humor. He was aways devoted to his wife Anita and their children, Patricia and Richard, and his entire family.

Lou will be missed not only by his family but by
a multitude of friends.
