Louis S. Bramel, 83, well known farm owner and the owner and operator of the Aberdeen Mobile Home park for many years, died at his home on Saturday, March 10, 2012. Mr. Bramel was born on April 14, 1927 to the late Sanford and Hazel Mineer Bramel. Mr. Bramel and his wife, the late Clara McVey Bramel operated the Park for many years together. Also preceding Mr. Bramel in death was his son Louis S. Bramel, Jr. who died in 2010 and his daughter Rhonda Darlene Bramel who died in 2005, three brothers, Eugene Bramel, Harrison Bramel, and Sanford Bramel, Jr. who died in infancy and four sisters, Maudie Tolle, Minnie Lennex, Helen Gulley, and Julia Gilbert. Mr. Bramel is survived by his sister Louise Jennings of Maysville, a grandson C.J. Dudley of Hillsboro, KY, several nieces and nephews. Also surviving is his park office manager and care giver and friend Annette Mineer and her sons Johnathan and Christopher Mineer. Funeral services for Louis Bramel will be held on Tuesday, March 13, 2012 at 2:00 PM officiated by Lloyd Hutchison at the Knox & Brothers Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Washington Baptist Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Johnathan Mineer, Christopher Mineer, Richard Hargett, Vicki Bramel, Ricky Shepherd and Victor Plummer. Visitation will be Tuesday from 1:00 PM until the hour of the service.

I am so very sorry to hear this. Louis and his late family were such good neighbors years ago. My mother use to babysit Jr. when he was a baby and I hung out with Darlene alittle growing up. My dad use to go to Indiana with Louis to haul a trailer back that someone would order. They will be missed by all that knew them.. May God be with the Bramel family and friends...
