I've known Lou since our time working in Team 6 Hardware. He wroked A crew..and me--B crew.
Lou and I became friends during Titans' game. We'd always stay until the end--@ a Titans game,no lead was safe--until you saw (00:00) on the game clock. Believe me, when the guys in two-tone blue--blew a game...It hurt. With the Titans(at times,to be fair)---we hurt- alot!!!!
After a winning game--'Hit the road Jack' ,would rock the house! We'd walk across the bridge. Winning Sundays meant sizing up the next lamb for a Titans slaughter. There's nothing like walking in crowd of WINNING TITANS' FANS! Your stride is upbeat----you feel like running and yelling----We're Number 1...!!! Go Titans Go!
Lou and I would going over the game's good and bad points---enjoying the walk.
Losing games--that walk was longer but still worth the trip. Lou was just cool to walk with---plain and simple. He'd go over missed opportuntiies--etc. Next thing you know---we're @ his Vette or P/u then He'd drive me to mine. talk some some---say good-byes until next game.
I'm gonna miss you Lou!!!
My Thoughts are with you too--Bernadette
