Dear Tina , John and Families,

A few years ago, I met Louisa through friends of my spouse. She was most delightful to speak with, having a keen mind, great insight and humor.

I am so very sorry for the loss of your sister and aunt.

It's been many years since I have seen Louisa - we went thru school together. But I remember such a wonderful girl....always upbeat, smiling and warm. It was a shock to hear of her passing. Please accept my deepest sympathy and know that she is being thought of by so many of the people who were fortunate to have known her..

Louisa's enthusiasm for roller derby and the fantastic community she set up for freshies around the world have been, and will continue to be, an inspiration to me and many others. I'm glad I got to call her a friend, even though it was only online. My thoughts and sympathy are with her family and friends at this very sad time.

Louisa and I worked together at the same company a couple of years ago. We chatted often and went for coffee breaks. I had great respect for her decision to move Down Under and marvelled at her confidence in her chosen path. She took time out of her busy work schedule to help me organize a couple of things for my wedding three years ago and I have often thought of her fondly when looking at pictures of that day.

She was a fun-loving, adventurous and confident woman who will be sorely missed.

My sincerest condolences to her family and closest friends.
