Louise Estelle Coleman, beloved Mother, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother and friend to all, "Weezy" "Grandma Louise", was born in Cleveland, Ohio on December 7, 1922. She was the youngest daughter of Harry and Rose Friedberg, passed away on July 21, 2011 in Merced, California at the age of 88 years. Louise will be missed and remembered with love. We will miss her quick witted attitude on how she was able to handle any situation, her wisdom and smile will be missed. She will always remain in our hearts. We pray that she is now at peace with Grandpa. She is survived by her children David Lewis and his wife Judy from Chowchilla,...
Louise Estelle Coleman, beloved Mother, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother and friend to all, "Weezy" "Grandma Louise", was born in Cleveland, Ohio on December 7, 1922. She was the youngest daughter of Harry and Rose Friedberg, passed away on July 21, 2011 in Merced, California at the age of 88 years.

She is survived by her children David Lewis and his wife Judy from Chowchilla, California, Sandra Hammer and her husband Alan of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and Robert Bernstein of Cleveland, Ohio. Grandchildren: Albert Lewis, Kristopher and his wife Alicia Lewis, Michael Lewis and his fiancé Chialia Lor, Rebecca Soler-Baillo and her husband Jose, Sharon Feinman and her husband Matthew. Great- Grandchildren: Preston, Jocelyn, Mya and Jaden Lewis, Lillian and Madeline Feinman, Audrey Hamby and Samuel Soler-Baillo.
The family would like to thank the many care givers Albert Lewis, Tony Rivera, Lina Flores and the staff at Emeritus in Merced.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name to the American Diabetes Association 429 9th Street Ste. 300, Oakland, CA 94607, American Cancer Society, 1451 Guerneville Road Ste 220 Santa Rosa, CA 95403 or the American Heart Association, 7272 Greenville Avenue Dallas, Texas 75231.
No funeral services will be held at this time. A Celebration of Life will be held on the afternoon of August 27, 2011 at 368 Harbor Drive, Atwater, California or you may call 1-209-769-2034 for further information.
