Lucille DiBitetto, 89, of Trumbull, wife of the late Frank DiBitetto, died peacefull at her home surrounded by her loving family. Born in Queens, NY, on March 18, 1922, Lucille was the daughter of the late Michael and Elizabeth DelliPaoli Specchio and had been a Trumbull resident for many years. Lucille was a very dedicated religious woman who was involved in many religious organizations in Brooklyn & Queens. She was a restaurant owner with a great flair for cooking. Lucille DiBitetto, 89, of Trumbull, wife of the late Frank DiBitetto, died peacefull at her home surrounded by her loving family. Born in Queens, NY, on March 18, 1922, Lucille was the daughter of the late Michael and Elizabeth DelliPaoli Specchio and had been a Trumbull resident for many years. Lucille was a very dedicated religious woman who was involved in many religious organizations in Brooklyn & Queens. She was a restaurant owner with a great flair for cooking. She was a great family person and role model, not only to her children but to many. She is survived by two sons; George DiBitetto and his wife Silvana of Wantagh, NY and Michael DiBitetto and his wife Cecile of Shelton; her daughter Maria LaVelle and her husband Richard of Trumbull, two grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:00 AM on Wednesday, January 18th at St. Stephen's Church, 6948 Main Street Trumbull. There will be no funeral home services prior to the mass, so friends are invited to go directly to church. Interment will follow at Lawncroft Cemetery, Black Rock Turnpike Fairfield. Friends may visit Tuesday January 17th from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at the Spadaccino and Leo P. Gallagher and Son Community Funeral Home, 315 Monroe Turnpike, Monroe.
