Luella Inez Almond, 84, of Fort Smith, died November 5, 2010 in Fort Smith. She was born April 15, 1926 in Milton, OK to Lowrance and Gladys Wiggington Nixon. She was a retired Operator and Technician for Southwestern Bell Telephone and she was of the Assembly of God Faith. She is survived by one daughter Cynthia Almond of Fort Smith; one son, James Almond, IV of Fort Smith; three grandchildren, two great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband James O'Neill Almond, III; three sisters and two brothers. Funeral service will be Tuesday, November 9, 2010 at 10:00 AM in the Edwards Funeral...

Funeral service will be Tuesday, November 9, 2010 at 10:00 AM in the Edwards Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Forest Park Cemetery all under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.

The family will greet friends at Edwards Funeral Home on Monday evening from 5-7 PM
