Lyn R. Bitz, age 71, of Fort Lauderdale, passed away on New Years Day, January 1, 2017 at Mount Sinai Medical Center, MIami Beach. At the time of her passing she was in the hearts and minds of those she loved the most.
Lyn is survived by her children, Rochelle Jenkins and Jerry Bitz; seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren; her in-laws, Todd Poole and Precious Atkins, and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brothers, Al, Kenneth and Donald.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 6, 2017 from 4:00 - 8:00 at the Kraeer-Fairchild Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 4061 North Federal Highway, Fort Lauderdale. Lyn's funeral service will commence on Saturday morning, January 7, 2017 at 10:00 at the funeral home. Entombment will follow in Our Lady Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery.
