I was saddened to hear of Lynn's passing. I grew up with Lynn in Edmondson Village, she lived on Augusta Ave and I on Cranston. I'm so sorry for your loss.

My Thoughts and prayers are with you always.
I'm still trying to process the loss of my Best Friend. God gave us an extra 17 years together. I was so grateful for.
Lynn never complained she excepted her challenges one at a time. I admired her strength till the end when God took her in his arms.
I will miss her sense of humor, reminiscing of old times, making peanut butter balls, shopping for Annalee dolls, craft shows, going to the movies, late lunches, sitting at the beach and most of all her love. These memories I will always hold in my heart.
Till we see each other again my BFF.

Dear Kelly and Chris how sad I feel at this moment. I am thinking of all those'
peanut butter easter eggs your mom and I used to make. I am going down
memory lane and remembering all the fun times with your mom. Our thoughts and prayers are with you both.

Kelly, Russ and Family,

My goodness, Kelly, you are the splitting image of your mother - so beautiful! Always take comfort in knowing that you were such a wonderful daughter, that you were there for her 100% - she couldn't have asked for more! You are all in my thoughts and prayers. She is at peace now.

Here is a poem that brought me some comfort when I lost my mom:

“I am standing upon the seashore.
A ship at my side spreads her white
sails to the morning breeze and starts
for the blue ocean.

She is an object of beauty and strength.
I stand and watch her until at length
she hangs like a speck of white cloud
just where the sea and sky come
to mingle with each other.

Then, someone at my side says;
"There, she is gone!"

"Gone where?"
Gone from my sight. That is all.
She is just as large in mast and hull
and spar as she was when she left my side
and she is just as able to bear her
load of living freight to her destined port.
Her diminished size is in me, not in her.

And just at the moment when someone
at my side says, "There, she is gone!"
There are other eyes watching her coming,
and other voices ready to take up the glad
shout;
"Here she comes!"
And that is dying.”

Kelly - your Mom loved life and loved to have fun. I remember her that way and I hope everyone who knew and loved her does as well.

February 16, 2013

Kelly, you are too young to know this, and I don't think I ever told you, but your Mom was there for me, as a good friend, at a time when I really needed one. I will always remember the kindness and support she showed me many years ago. May she rest in peace. Love and strength to you and your family.
