Magieline M. Anderson, 73, of Evansville, passed away Sunday, November 10, 2013, at Deaconess Hospital. She was born January 30, 1940, in Evansville, to the late Bill and Ada (Johnson) Kasinger. She retired from Hilltop Restaurant, loved to play Bingo, and loved her dog, Susie. She was the Matriarch of the Anderson family. Magieline was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald; grandson, Clay; and great-granddaughter, Haley. Magieline M. Anderson, 73, of Evansville, passed away Sunday, November 10, 2013, at Deaconess Hospital. She was born January 30, 1940, in Evansville, to the late Bill and Ada (Johnson) Kasinger.

She retired from Hilltop Restaurant, loved to play Bingo, and loved her dog, Susie. She was the Matriarch of the Anderson family.

Magieline was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald; grandson, Clay; and great-granddaughter, Haley.

She is survived by her daughters, Beverly Lacefield, Karen Miles and Peggy Sue Hancock all of Evansville, and Darlene (David) Grant of Boonville; sons, Johnny (Kandi) Anderson and Tommy (Lori) Anderson both of Evansville; grandchildren, Dawn, Chastity, Heather, Gary, David, Angie, Donnie, Chase, Tieler, Luke, Levi and Nick; 12 great-grandchildren; mother-in-law, Carrie Anderson of Evansville; and several nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank the Critical Care Unit at Deaconess Main Campus for all their care.

Services will be 1:00 PM Thursday, November 14, 2013, at Alexander Memorial Park. Friends may visit Wednesday from 3:00 to 8:00 PM at Alexander West Chapel and on Thursday from 11:00 AM until service time at the cemetery.
