Malcolm G. Fritz, 79, of Burlington, died Wednesday, May 23, 2012 after a long illness. He was son of the late Bertha and Carl Fritz. He leaves siblings Roberta Goldman of Shrewsbury and Richard Fritz of Newton and is predeceased by a sister Dorothy Silver of Bedford, NH. He is a fond friend of many cousins, nieces and nephews in the New England area. Malcolm had many accomplishments. He graduated from MIT in 1956 as an electrical engineer. Malcolm had many accomplishments. He graduated from MIT in 1956 as an electrical engineer. He was an avid tennis, bridge and chess player and generous friend to all who knew him.
Services will be held at Levine Chapels ,470 Harvard Street, Brookline, on Friday, May 25 at 10 a.m. Following burial, memorial observance will be held at the home of Roberta Goldman until sundown. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen Street, Framingham, MA 01701.
