Dear Lewis, Danny and Marlon,
You are in our thoughts and prayers always and especially during this time! We will miss Aunt Mamie and will cherish all our memories! We will miss and fondly remember all our family gatherings at her home. She loved family and showed it in many ways. Cooking for all of us I think was her favorite! She always had something delicious prepared when we arrived...yummy ham, pole beans, Mac and cheese and the best fried corn bread every! Love and hugs to all of you! Loved Aunt Mamie very much...always fun with such her distinctive laugh...Brooke always described her as the aunt who looked like Judi Dench in the James Bond movies....I'll always remember Christmas Eves at her house and the best potato salad ever.

My thoughts and prayers are with my family today. I know Aunt Mamie is at peace with her parents and brothers. I will never forget her beautiful smile and the pride she had for her family. You could always knock on her door, be graciously welcome with a smile, fed at her kitchen table until all that was wrong was right. I love you Mamie and my condolences to Danny, Lewis and Marlon. With love and sympathy, Mandy
