Marcia L. Kingon, 67 of Gainesville, FL, formerly of Sarasota and Fort Myers, passed away on April 15, 2013. She was born on January 22, 1946 in Steubenville, Ohio to Theodore and Mary McKenna Madich. Marcia loved to travel. She worked for many years as a Travel Agent with AAA in Sarasota/Bradenton and Fort Myers.
She is survived by her loving family including her daughter, Deidre (RG "Chip") Skinner of Gainesville, FL; grandchildren, Deawna Acra, Caleb Skinner, Dayna Skinner, Kaeden Skinner; brothers, the Honorable Ronald E. (Joyce) Wilson of Weirton, West Virginia, Theodore Daniel Madich of Cape Coral, FL; step-daughters, Cheryl Zager of Fort Myers, Lori Barron of Evansville, Indiana.
Funeral services will be at 2 pm on Friday at Coral Ridge Funeral Home, 1630 Pine Island Rd., Cape Coral. Visitation will begin at 12 Noon. Entombment will be at Coral Ridge Cemetery. Please visit www.coralridgefuneralhome.com to leave thoughts and memories for her family.

I was so sorry to see your mother had passed. I've thought of her often over the years. You may not remember me, but Marcia was the mgr. when my folks opened Coral Pointe Tvl and I was starting as an agent.

I only met Marcia a couple of times but she definatly made an impression with her dignity and poise. Our love and prayers to all her friends and family, especially Deidre, Chip and the children. She is at rest after her brave struggle.
