Margaret Lauraine "Laurie" Love, 78, of Clearwater, Fla., formerly of Peoria, died on June 19 in Peoria, surrounded by loving family. Born July 25, 1935, in Sumner, Ill., to John Walter and Iva (Tucker) Yeadicke, she married James K. Love on Oct. 8, 1960. Her parents, one brother, and her husband preceded her in death. Surviving are: son, Michael Riney of Burbank, Calif.; daughter, Kristi (Terry) Moushon of Peoria; stepson, Dan (Pam) Armbruster of Nashville, Tenn.; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sisters, Mrs. Betty Lynch and Mrs. Mildred Lamprecht (George) of Peoria and brother, Francis Eugene (Bud) Yeadicke of Paris, Tenn. Employed by Caterpillar in Peoria for 28 years, she retired in 1990. She earned her BA from the University of Illinois at Springfield and continued there with graduate work. Laurie was the computer pioneer in the family back in the early days of personal computers. She enjoyed teaching anyone who wanted to learn. Boating and camping on the Illinois River in the 1960s was a family affair that resulted in many fond memories. Later, she enjoyed making beautiful quilts. Following retirement, Laurie and Jim loved spending winters in Florida in their RV. After moving to Clearwater, Fla., in late 1999, she became an active member of Trinity Presbyterian Church. Laurie was president of the Presbyterian women's group and made many wonderful friends that held similar beliefs. Her unquestionable faith in where she was going following this life on earth made the journey easier for herself and her loved ones. The family would like to thank Laurie's church family for their prayers and constant support as well as the staff at Illinois Cancer Care, Harbor Lights Hospice and Liberty Village Manor Court. Funeral services for Laurie will be held at 2 p.m. Monday June 23, 2014, at Davison-Fulton-Woolsey-Wilton Funeral Home, 2408 W. Willow Knolls Drive. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Pastor Mike Shiree of Northminster Presbyterian Church will officiate. Burial will be in Swan Lake Memory Gardens following the service. Memorials may be made to Trinity Presbyterian Church, 2001 Rainbow Drive, Clearwater, FL 33765. Online condolences may be left at www.Woolsey-Wilton.com.

Dear Family,
I first met Laurie ,when I came to Lark Circle, looking back I felt she was as quiet as I always felt I was. But in getting to know
her,she was quiet, but so far ahead of me in bible study after
I started BSF,she had been there for a few years, we started calling each other, feeling each other out on our study.
I was away,for a few months,learned of her work as P.W moderator
She was doing a great job. Then one day she invited me to go
with her to play different games with a group of her friends where
She lived, and I loved it,the ladies were so very cheerful.
Laurie was truly so very easy to get to know, they cared for her
as much or more then I did.
I feel so very lucky to have known her,so very blessed. To have
been close to her.
My love to all her family,I would love to meet each of you.

Laurie was a beautiful spiritual person. I enjoyed getting to know her as we are both from Illinois. She was a ray of sunshine in the Monday Lunch Bunch. May the Lord bless you with many wonderful memories of this special one.

We will always remember Laurie for her great faith, her love of studying scripture and her love and compassion for others. She did so many wonderful things for others without anyone else even knowing what all she did. She was compassionate and truly exemplified the true Christian life. She will be greatly missed by many.

Dear Family, I met Laurie the year she joined Trinity PC. She was in Lark Circle and served in many capacities on the PW Board and was Moderator of PW the last year and half. Laurie was also honored as PW Woman of the year. We loved Laurie, and will certainly miss her at Lunch Bunch and BSF. We know she is in her Fathers hands as we grieve her loss. God bless you all for taking such good care of her this past year. She was a wonderful friend. Barbara and Norm Ewert
