WEIR, Margaret Mary (Peggy) Peacefully, in her sleep, at St. Joseph's Villa on Monday, December 31, 2012 in her 92nd year. Predeceased by her brother Jim Weir. Loving Aunt to Mary and Paul Neubauer, Ann and Doug Sutton, John and Jane Pollard, Joe Weir, Paula and Mel Bernie, and Tony and Martha Weir. Lifetime resident of Dundas, Peggy worked in the children's department of Graftons and then at HMP service department until retirement. Peggy was Brown Owl for St. Augustine's Brownies for over 20 years, belonged to the Dundas Museum and Horticultural Society, and a member of St. Augustine's CWL. Friends will be received at the MARLATT FUNERAL HOME, "SWACKHAMER CHAPEL",195 King Street West, Dundas on Thursday, January 3 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Prayers at the funeral home at 8 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Augustine's Catholic Church, 58 Sydenham Street, Dundas, on Friday, January 4, 2013 at 2 p.m. Interment St. Augustine's Cemetery, Dundas. In Peggy's memory, donations may be made to St. Joseph's Villa Foundation.
