I have so many sweet memories of Aunt Margie. She was technically my mom's aunt, but she was like a second-in-command grandmother to me. She remembered every single birthday and anniversary, and it wasn't a true celebration until her card came in the mail. My husband Mark and our children, Tony and Stephanie, remember those cards, even though they met her in person only a few times. She always made me feel so good about sharing photos of our family of the years. She welcomed the crazy stories I would tell her about the farm or our pets or my jobs or what the kids were up to. She would just laugh and laugh on the phone. She apologized when she got arthritis so bad in her hands that she had trouble writing. Nonetheless, she took the time to write a special entry in my daughter's 21st Birthday scrapbook, and we'll treasure that forever. I only knew her to be one of the kindest people in my life. We will miss her very much. We love you Aunt Margie! I hope you will have fun upstairs being reunited with Uncle Rudy, Nana, Gammy, Pop Pop, Mom & Dad, and Uncle Fred and Kimberly, and all the rest.
