Margaret C. Acker, age 88, of Cape Coral passed peacefully at home on October 18, 2011.
She is survived by her daughter, Diane (Philip) Mitten, 2 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. She will forever live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
Funeral service, Tuesday October 25, 2011 at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of Faith Presbyterian Church, 4544 Coronado Parkway, Cape Coral, FL 33904. The family welcomes friends for the viewing beginning at 1:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be sent to the above named church. She will be laid to rest in her hometown on October 27, 2011 at St. John's Cemetary in Collinsville, IL, at 1:00 pm. Family and friends are welcome to attend.

Accept our condolences. Margaret was a great lady and she was a joy to spend time with. She always had a great humor and wit to her. Margaret and Harlan were two wonderful relatives who we shared many a story of the good old days. It's a sad time, but we will have wonderful memories
