In college, Sally and I were Chi omega sisters. I think Senior year she was president of our sorority. Sally was a girl no one ever said a mean word about. She was true and loyal to her friends as well as pretty and smart. A girl we all looked up to. She married and had, I think eight children. In later life we met at various reunions and she was still vibrant and pretty. Her children and grandchildren have a beautiful legacy to aspire to.

So sorry to learn of Sally's passing. I have fond memories of the time she & I were the delegates to the Chi Omega convention at the Greenbriar, taking the train to W. Va., with a midnight cab round around Washington DC to see the sights! It was an exciting time for the two of us, with many laughs. My thoughts and deepest sympathies are with all of you; she was very lovely.
