Margaret "Joann" Beal, 72, of Bloomington, passed away at 10:18 p.m. on Saturday, October 29, 2011 at OSF Saint Joseph Medical Center, Bloomington.
She was born June 15, 1939 in Bloomington, daughter of Howard Robert and Emma M. Peavler Beal.
Surviving is one son, Daniel Beal of Bloomington.
There are no services or visitation. Cremation rites have been accorded. East Lawn Funeral Home in Bloomington is in charge of arrangements.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association. Online condolences may be submitted to www.EastLawn-Bloomington.com.

Danny...was so very sorry to hear of your mother's passing. My deepest sympathies to you. I always enjoyed talking with her when I was over at the house during my "bartending years". Keep your fondest memories close to your heart and a smile will appear....Betty "the bartender"
