Margaret Pauline Ivey Smith Lockwood, 89, of Roland, went to be with her Lord January 25, 2013 in Fort Smith. She was born December 5, 1923 in Tulsa, OK to the late Paul and Eva Schoeppy Ivey. She was a homemaker, a member of Trinity United Methodist Church in Muldrow, in charge of the Helping Hands assistance program at the church and active with the United Methodist Women. She is survived by her daughter, Angelia Sagi and husband, Guy, of Raeford, NC; a son, J. Perry Smith and wife Lavonna, of Roland; a sister, Terrance Fox, of Diamond, MO; seven grandchildren, Karrie Click, Jamie and Chris Smith, Natalie Wise, Natasha Smith, Debbie...
Margaret Pauline Ivey Smith Lockwood, 89, of Roland, went to be with her Lord January 25, 2013 in Fort Smith. She was born December 5, 1923 in Tulsa, OK to the late Paul and Eva Schoeppy Ivey. She was a homemaker, a member of Trinity United Methodist Church in Muldrow, in charge of the Helping Hands assistance program at the church and active with the United Methodist Women.

She is survived by her daughter, Angelia Sagi and husband, Guy, of Raeford, NC; a son, J. Perry Smith and wife Lavonna, of Roland; a sister, Terrance Fox, of Diamond, MO; seven grandchildren, Karrie Click, Jamie and Chris Smith, Natalie Wise, Natasha Smith, Debbie Wilson and Rebekah Updike; 16 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. She is preceded in death by her husbands, James P. Smith, Sr and Neal H Lockwood.

Funeral services will be 1:00PM Tuesday, January 29, 2013 at Trinity United Methodist Church in Muldrow, officiated by Rev. Aaron Tiger, with burial to follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 5:00-7:00PM Monday January 28, 2013 at Edwards Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be Jamie and Chris Smith, Myron and Stewart Lockwood, Brandon Wilson and Glenn Czarnikow. Services are under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorials be made to Fountain of Youth Adult Day Center, 2409 South 56th Street, #121, Fort Smith, AR 72903 or Peachtree Hospice, 2910 Jenny Lind, #4, Fort Smith, AR 72901.
