Margaret Louise Nelson, daughter of the late Roy and Eliza Ganey was born in Leland, North Carolina on July 11, 1930.
She was one of six children, she is survived by one sister Barbara (Bob) Flowers.
She departed this life on Wednesday, June 26, 2014.
She was married to the late Herman Rudolph Nelson, during this marriage was born Jacqueline Bean, Sherry Bullard (Ricky), and Patricia Nelson. She enjoyed her days taking care of her family. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.
She was blessed with three granddaughters; Diane Bean, Ellen Stevens (L.P), and Keisha McClain (Kenny) who will always remember her kind heart and the many meals she cooked for them with much love. She leaves to cherish her memory six great-grandchildren, Kimber, Keiara, Jaylon, Adriana, Dylan, and Sophia, two great-great-grandchildren, Jahmeer, and Jalynn. Also, many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her son-in-law, Robert Bean and her great-grandson Reginald Tyrell Flowers.
She will be forever missed.
