I am so sorry to hear that Marie has passed. She was a dear friend and we will all miss her. She was a member of our birthday group, and we shared laughs and memories as we celebrated. We even exposed her to her "first" live opera on a great trip to Santa Fe. (She commented that she's never had such a strong margarita!!) Marie was kind, empathetic to her friends--yet always smiling and engaged in great conversation. She dearly loved her 3 grandchildren and kept us posted on all their achievements and activities. She missed them. I will miss her.
