Marie P. Saxon, age 98, of Pelham, passed away May 14, 2017. She is survived by three children; Jerald Saxon (Nell), Janet Myrtle Cooksie (Jim), and Joseph Saxon (Kathy), brother; Jack W. Pitts (Jeanie), ten Grandchildren, twenty three Great Grandchildren and five Great Great Grandchildren. Graveside services at Evergreen Memorial Cemetery will be Wednesday, May 17, 2017 at 1pm, with a visitation two hours prior at Curtis and Son North Chapel. It saddens me to hear of the passing of Aunt Ree. I know she is in Heaven rejoicing with Mom, Aunt Lois, Aunt Francis, Uncle Thomas, Aunt Mildred, Granny and Granddaddy. Joe, Jerry, and Jan are in my prayers during this time. Aunt Ree was very special. I loved her with all my heart.
