Words can not fully express my love for my Nana. She was a fantastic women. I remember all the summers spent in Florida with her, down on the beach and at the pool at the falls. She was always there to provide me with love and support. I will continually make sure that my daughter remembers her great-grandmother and how wonderful she was. Nana I will miss you, always and forever.

Dear Neighbor,
You and Marie were such fun neighbors, always willing to chat in the side yard, with Marie warning me not to walk outside barefoot (as I could easily do up in Michigan). You see, I had never heard of fire ants. Marie was always sweet and quiet, a welcome contrast to my boisterous ways. We have so many fond memories of our "snowbird" winters in The Falls. You are both sorely missed since we moved back up north, and we will always carry you in our memory book. Ed and Mary Salisz

I can't say enough about my Aunt Marie. So many great memories growing up as a kid in New York. At one time we shared a house with my parents. The family parties at the house in Massapequa.
As the years went by, my dad moved us out to California and couldn't wait to go back and visit. We had the best of times with my Uncle Walter and Aunt Marie.
The last time I saw Aunt Marie was with my brother Carl this past summer. We had our usual cocktail hour ( the best manhattans ) and reminisced about our past. We went through old pictures and told stories about our childhood. The best moment, and the one which I will remember her by, was going out to dinner. It was a typical warm sultry evening and we rolled all the windows down. Walt and Marie were in the back seat. The sun was in her face and Her hair was blowing. It was a special moment and that picture from that night will be how I remember her.

My Aunt Marie was my second Mom, as her husband Walter is my second Dad. I will remember her for her generous hospitality and laughter. What a sweet lady. I will truly miss her, and am grateful I had the opportunity to fly to Florida to see her last summer. She is with God now, He truly has a lady deserving a special place in Heaven. God bless my Uncle Walter and his family.

Dear Walt,

I am so sad for you as I try to absorb the news I just received. Marie was a sweet and gentle lady, much loved by all who had the privilege of knowing her, and I think I can understand what her loss means to you and to your family. You were both an important part of our lives in The Falls. I will always remember Marie's welcoming smile and the kindness of her nature.
