Marilyn Beth Branham, 44, of Monroe passed away after a long battle with cancer Sunday, June 18, 2017, at Lynchburg General Hospital. She was the wife of Roger Shane Branham. Born July 22, 1972, in Lynchburg, she was the daughter of Patricia Whorley Martin and the late James Thomas Cox.
Beth was a homemaker and a member of Our Father's House Ministries.
In addition to her mother and husband, Beth is survived by her children, Whitney L. Vaughn of Lynchburg, Kayla E. Branham of Monroe and stepdaughter Lauren A. Branham of Lynchburg; two sisters, Cheri Martin of Outer Banks, NC and Christy Brooks (Tim) of Madison Heights; and numerous nieces, nephews and other loving friends and family.
A memorial service will be conducted 11 a.m., Thursday, June 22, 2017, with Pastor Shane Branham officiating. The family will receive friends 5-7 p.m., Wednesday, June 21, 2017, at Whitten Monelison Chapel and at other times at the residence.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the needs of the family.
