Marilyn P. Schiffman, 84, of Charlotte, passed away Monday, June 18, 2012 in Chicago, IL. Mrs. Schiffman was born October 16, 1927 in Utica, NY, daughter of the late Philip Pearlman and Minnie Kowalsky Pearlman.
She is survived by three daughters, Blair Brenner of Chicago, IL, Candace Schiffman and husband Lawrence Lynn of Bellaire, TX, and Phyllis Eaton and husband Timothy of St. Louis, MO; four grandchildren; and two step-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Schiffman was preceded in death by her husband, Murray Schiffman; sister, Seena Binder; and brother, Maury Pearlman.
Services will be held from the graveside at Hebrew Cemetery at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 20, 2012 with Rabbi Mort Kaplan officiating.
