Marjory N. Barry, 89, of Lyndonville, NY, went to be with the Lord on Monday, March 11, 2013, at the Martin – Linsin Hospice Residence, Albion. Born on March 19, 1923, in Millville, NY, she was the daughter of the late Roy A. and Jessie M. (Fraser) Cook. She graduated from Lyndonville High School in 1941 and attended the Buffalo General School of Nursing, graduating as a Registered Nurse. On April 20, 1946, she married Wayne M. Marjory N. Barry, 89, of Lyndonville, NY, went to be with the Lord on Monday, March 11, 2013, at the Martin – Linsin Hospice Residence, Albion.

Born on March 19, 1923, in Millville, NY, she was the daughter of the late Roy A. and Jessie M. (Fraser) Cook.

She graduated from Lyndonville High School in 1941 and attended the Buffalo General School of Nursing, graduating as a Registered Nurse.
On April 20, 1946, she married Wayne M. Barry Sr., together making their home in Lyndonville and raising five children. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. At one time, she worked at Medina Memorial and for the office of Dr. James Sterling and volunteering in community service. She was a active member of the Lyndonville United Methodist Church and enjoyed nature, being outdoors and caring for others.

She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Wayne M. Barry, Sr., five children: Marwayne (Robert) Clinkscales of Albion; Bonnie (Gerald) Pescara of Carlton; Wayne (Cathie) Barry Jr. of Lyndonville; David (Cathy) Barry of Parish; Vicky (James) Shingleton Sr. of Lyndonville; thirteen grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Also, five siblings: E. Louise Nichalson of Medina; Marilyn (Roger) Kenyon of Barker; Suzanne (Bob Wolfe) Bigelow; Phyllis Allport and Janice (David) Wells, all of Medina. Three sister-in-laws: Bea Cook of Medina; Margery Cook of Ossipee, NH; Rita Barry of Medina and a brother–in-law, Robert (Joan) Barry of Lockport and many nieces and nephews.
Marjory is predeceased by three siblings: Roy F. and James D. Cook and Shirley Caleb, sister-in-law, June (Harold) Smith and brother-in-law, Roger Barry.
Relatives and friends may call on Friday, March 15, 2013 from 12- 1 PM at the Lyndonville United Methodist Church, 102 N. Main St. Lyndonville, NY, where a funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM with the Pastor, Rev. Sunny K. Mauser officiating and burial will be in the Lynhaven Cemetery.
