I am very sorry to learn of David's passing, and extend my sincere condolences to his family. I met him many years ago when we were both studying in Perugia. His kind, gentle friendship made it so easy for me to fit into my new life.
Although we lost touch after I left Italy, I often thought of him and am happy that he achieved his goal of becoming a doctor.
Rest in Peace Dave.

Cindy, You and your family has been in my prayers. Dr. Hilz was a coworker in the 80's when I worked at Brunswick and everyone loved him. He had a funny personality.
I have kept up with your family through Blaine.
Prayers will continue.]
Love you, Tammy Gore Cully

Working many years with David, I continue to see many of his former patients. I can not convey the overwhelming appreciation they express for the support and medical care he provided for them over many years. It will be difficult to make them aware that he has passed, But I will...because Dave would want me to to continue to encourage them, just as he did. My prayers and support for his family.
