Marlene Kay Cordy died July 8, 2013 at the Lutheran Home in Napoleon. Marlene was born November 5, 1944 in McClure, Ohio to Raymond and Thelma (Schultz) Pittman. She married James Cordy, May 16, 1964 and to this union was born two daughters Julianne (Harold) McLaughlin of Liberty Center and Marilyn (Scott) Palmer of Napoleon. She is survived by her husband, two daughters, and grandchildren, Wade and Rita McLaughlin. She was preceded in death by brothers Melvin and Wayne Pittman. She was a loving wife and mother who enjoyed baking, sewing, needlework, and doing her family genealogy. She retired from the United States Postal Service. ...
Marlene Kay Cordy died July 8, 2013 at the Lutheran Home in Napoleon. Marlene was born November 5, 1944 in McClure, Ohio to Raymond and Thelma (Schultz) Pittman. She married James Cordy, May 16, 1964 and to this union was born two daughters Julianne (Harold) McLaughlin of Liberty Center and Marilyn (Scott) Palmer of Napoleon. She is survived by her husband, two daughters, and grandchildren, Wade and Rita McLaughlin.

She was preceded in death by brothers Melvin and Wayne Pittman.

She was a loving wife and mother who enjoyed baking, sewing, needlework, and doing her family genealogy. She retired from the United States Postal Service.

Visitation will be held Friday July 12th from 10:00am-11:00am, at Snyder-Wesche Funeral Home in Napoleon, Ohio with a Memorial Service at 11am with Pastor Ben Sheaffer officiating.
