LEETCH, Martha (Meta)
Passed away peacefully at Fairview Lodge on August 17th 2017 in her 85th year. Meta passed over in the arms of her daughters and with her family by her side.
She will be dearly missed by her 4 children, Paul and his wife Barb, Ralph and his wife Selina, Jayne and her husband Robert Wheatley, Karen and her husband Craig Power. Lovingly remembered by her 8 Grandchildren; Donna, Robert, Amanda, Lynsey, Jessica, Jonathan, Kaitlin and Alex, and her 3 Great-Grandchildren, Nathan, Aurora and Myles. Dear sister of Jim and his wife Anne, Margaret and husband Mike, Kay and husband Jim. She will be fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews in Canada and N. Ireland and especially her niece Anita. A special mention to her surviving sister-in-laws, Jean and June. Meta will be missed by her two best friends, June and Emma. No words can express the love, care , compassion and dedication given by the staff at Cullen Gardens and those of Fairview Lodge that cared for Meta in the last 5 years of her life.. Visitation on to be held at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 87 King Street West (905-721-1234) on Saturday, August 19th from 12:00 noon until time of Funeral Service in the Chapel at 1:00 p.m. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated.

Your Mom was such a lovely lady. She was a loyal friend to my Mom for many years and will be sadly missed. Memories are a beautiful blessing to have and because of them your Mom will always be with you. I hope you all find comfort and strength today and in the days to come by being surrounded by all who loved your Mom so much. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
