Martin L. Peacock, Jr., born on May 21, 1926 in West Monroe, Louisiana to Martin L. Peacock, Sr. and Mary Lovenia Varner Peacock and passed away suddenly on March 19, 2014. Beloved husband of 65 years of Gina (Jean) Peacock; beloved father of Kim Giordano (husband Craig), Chris Peacock (wife Tanya); grandfather of Rebecca Treachler (husband Dann), Steven Giordano, Kevin Peacock and Kelsey Peacock.
Great-grandfather of Little Miss Amelia Claire Treachler.
Brother of Evelyn Futch of Shreveport, LA and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by brothers, Grant Peacock, Frank Peacock, Ted Peacock, Aaron Peacock and sisters, Juanita Rutledge, Ruth (Sister) Wilson, Norma Adams. Proudly served in the U.S. Navy aboard the U.S.S. Cortland in the South Pacific Theatre during World War II and served in the Korean Conflict on the seas of Japan.
