MARTIN BUELL SEMANDS III, was born on the 13th of April, in Ft. Worth Tx. His parents, Jean Cline Semands and Martin B. Semands Jr. through the Edna Gladney Foundation, brought him to Conroe as fast as they could to be the third generation Conroe. They preceded him in death. After a long illness Martin passed away to receive his new heavenly body on July 30th 2014. Martin was a big and happy and joked everyday. After a long illness Martin passed away to receive his new heavenly body on July 30th 2014. Martin was a big and happy and joked everyday. He is survived by, Di Anne Joslin Semands, (his Partner, his Girlfriend, his Bride) he was married to her "Forever". He left behind his "more than special" granddaughter Shelby Lynn Semands, his son Donald Martin Semands (Lisa), his two more than special stepsons, Cyrus Brandon Lipe (Misti) and Camdon Joslin Lipe. Two more granddaughters Taylor Weinzettle and Linda K. Semands. Sister Pamela Clendenen. Three nephews Christopher Steven Bartlett, David Martin Bartlett and Daniel Stout. His "Posse" of boys in the barn Austin, Cody, Jimmy, Jansen and Kevin. His adopted son in law Mike Weinzettle. Friend and neighbor (like a son) Chris O'Connell. A 1967 graduate of Conroe High and Tiger football player District Champ 1966. He joined the Marines in 1968 and served till 1972, rank Sgt. E5. Martin worked side by side with his dad in construction, and loved telling stories about when he was buried alive during the Montgomery County court house edition and rode the crane carrying the steeple to top off the First Baptist Church in Conroe. Martin enjoyed working for the MCSO, deer hunting, horses, and traveling. He loved the good life of Family and Faith. His later years with the Weinzettle Family he enjoyed his red 1957 Chevy and the car club guys. To honor Martin give to the or church. Martins final wishes were "no visitation, no service and would like to be remembered by a toast over a burger and beer and remember the good times."
