Mary Auch went to be with the Lord on August 7th, 2017. She was born on September 27th, 1926 to Gustav and Pauline Strobel in Venturia, North Dakota.
She married Raymond Auch on November 23rd, 1948 in Vida, Montana. They made their home in Mott, North Dakota until 1950, when they moved to Montana. While living in Sidney, Montana, she worked at the local hospital as a nurse's aide and homemaker. In 1967, they moved to Greeley, Colorado where she once again worked as a nurse's aide. In 1980 they moved to Ashland, Montana where they owned and operated an 18-room motel. In 1986, while working in California for Motel 6, despite their trials and struggles, God spoke to them through their pastor that they should be where the Lord wants them to be. Through their faith and trust in God, they moved back to Greeley, Colorado. Mary was always so thankful to God for taking care of them. Once back in Greeley, Mary served in home health care and touched many lives with her caring and loving spirit. She was an active member of Sherwood Park Baptist Church, and had a passion for White Cross, which provides medical supplies to the mission field in Cameroon, Africa. She also financially supported a child in Haiti through Compassion International. Therefore, any memorial funds will be used to carry on her support.
Mary is survived by her three children: Claude (Claudia) Auch of Greeley, Susan (Mike) Caudill of Idaho Falls, ID, and Jeffrey (Kimberly) of Greeley; grandchildren Jodi Auch of Greeley, Jennifer (Curtis) Gannon of Opportunity, MT, Benjamin Auch of Greeley, Lisa (Glen) Skinner of Brazoria, TX, and Heather (Matt) Hafner of Casper, WY; great-grandchildren Aaron Auch of Greeley, Hannah and Matthew Skiles of Opportunity, MT; one sister and one brother.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents, three sisters and two brothers, and her husband of 63 years Raymond, whom she dearly missed every day.

She is at peace now with the LORD and Raymond. I am going to miss going over to see her and having coffee and some of her homemade cookies. She was my second Mother and very inspirational to me, and a wonderful friend. Loved her very much.
