Mary Huffman Greer, 94, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on April 20, 2017.
She was born on December 20, 1922 to the late Eva Losh and Jake Huffman in West Augusta, Virginia.
Her husband of 36 years, Preston Cleveland Greer, preceded her in death in 1979. Her daughter, Arlene Frances Butler, also preceded her in death in 1980.
She devoted her heart and soul to God and her family. Her gifts from God were memorization, and her love for breaking into Gospel song at a moments whim. Some of her most cherished memories were with the Echoes at LBBC.
She is survived by her children Mary Janice Bolduc, Norma Lynn Davin and Norman Preston Greer.
She also 'claims' her grand children Mary Lynn DuBois, Paul Preston Butler, Jeffrey Michael Butler, Scott Davin, Julie Ann Butler and Kelly Nichole Greer (along with all their spouses) and numerous great grand children and one great, great grandchild whether by blood or marriage.
Visitation from 6-8 pm on Monday, April 24th at Rosewood Kellum Funeral Home, 601 N. Witchduck Rd., Virginia Beach.
Celebration of Life will be held Tuesday, April 25, 2pm at London Bridge Baptist Church, 2460 Potters Rd, Virginia Beach. Burial following at Princess Anne Memorial Park, 1110 Great Neck Rd, Virginia Beach.
