To Pam & all of family,
I taught withMary Lou my first five years of teaching at Sandusky 1969-1974. I always enjoyed talking to her in later years if I saw her a few times at grocery or somewhere. Sending sympathy and wishing you peace at this time. I'm visiting my daughter, her husband, and 2 granddaughters in near Austin, TX and just happened to see Mary Lou's obituary.

It was an honor to teach with Mary Lou at NDE. She offered leadership to me as a new educator. She always was striving for excellence in education! She will be truly missed by the North Decatur Elementary family. -Dave Sell

My sympathy to the family. She taught my daughter Carrie in the 3rd grade at NDE. She is the reason Carrie has beautiful handwriting for a lefty. Mary Lou touched so many lives in a good way. She was so proud of her family and spoke of them with much love. She will be missed! Remember all of the good times!
