I always enjoyed serving Don and Mary when I was a waiter at WCC back in the 70's and 80's. What a fine couple. Mary Relihan was a pleasure to deal with and I am saddened at her passing. My sincerest condolences to the family. Be strong Dr. Relihan.

Mary was one of a kind--beautiful inside and out, a terrific talent, loving, thoughtful and full of life. She is one of the first to welcome me when I moved to Kansas in the '70s. As the years went on, our paths would cross less and less, but my regard for her and her husband, who was our family eye doctor for many years, never diminished. I know one person who is excited to meet her at the pearly gates, Ginny Masteo. They were a great team and will no doubt be chatting and needlepointing once again on high. Till we meet again.
