Mary Evelyn Adams, 77, or Rudy, AR, died Monday, April 9, 2012 in her home. She was born August 30, 1934 in Van Buren, AR. She was a homemaker and of Pentecostal faith. She was preceded in death by her husband, LeRoy Adams; her parents, Oliver and Evelyn Wilson; a daughter, Evelyn Adams; a grandchild and two great grandchildren; a sister, Bernice Green and four brothers.
She is survived by four daughters, Angie Henson of Cedarville, AR, Sherry Rogers of Kirbyville, MO, Rose Jackson of Springdale, AR and Lori Hackett of Rudy, AR; two sons, Roy Adams of Rudy, AR and Benny Adams of Rudy, AR; a sister, Lorene Spoon of Van Buren, AR; 27 grandchildren, 73 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
Graveside service will be 2:00 P.M. Thursday, April 12, 2012 at Dripping Springs Cemetery in Dripping Springs Community, AR. under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral home in Van Buren, AR.
Pallbearers will be great grandsons.
The family will receive friends from 6 P.M. to 8 P.M. Wednesday, April 11, 2012 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home in Van Buren, AR.
