Mauro G. Rodriguez was born in San Antonio, TX on April 8, 1948 to Mauro E. Rodriguez, Sr. and Gloria Angela Gonzales and passed away on March 30, 2015 in San Antonio, TX.

He was preceded in death by his parents. Surviving is his wife of 47 years, Sylvia B. Rodriguez; daughters, Gezelle Arrache (Alex), Jeannette Fischer (Derrick); grandchildren, Scott Orozco (Priscilla), James Orozco, Justin Orozco, Tristan Arrache, Vienna Jo Arrache; brothers, Mike Rodriguez (Guadalupe), Joey Rodriguez (Hilda), Pancho Rodriquez (Monica), Levino Rodriguez (Lori); sisters, Janie DeHoyos and Rosalinda Zapata (Domingo).

The family will receive friends on Thursday, April 2, 2015 from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Sunset Funeral Home. A celebration of his life will be at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, April 3, 2015 in Sunset Funeral Home Chapel.
