Megan McCoy Madison, 38, of Varina, passed away Monday, November 21 2016. She was a member of Four Mile Creek Baptist Church, and graduated High School from St. Margaret's School in Tappahannock. Megan enjoyed the beach, fishing, skiing, her former job as a Dental Assistant, and spending time with her family that she loved dearly. She is preceded in death by her first husband, Larry Davis. Left to cherish Megan's memory are her parents, Dan and Sandy McCoy; daughter, Reagan Cassidy Davis; brother, Brian Alexander McCoy (Tracy), and their children, Kylie, Jacob, and Katelyn; her husband, Brad Madison; and a host of Uncles and Aunts. The family will receive friends, Monday, November 28, 2016 from 4-6pm at Nelsen Funeral Home Laburnun. A funeral service will be held Tuesday, November 29, 2016 at Four Mile Creek Baptist Church at 2pm. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. I am sorry to hear of the of Megan. We were good friends in High School, and like so many friends, we lost contact of each other. Megan was always happy and smiling whenever I saw her. She was a kind soul that will be deeply missed. Thoughts and prayers go out to her family.
