Merle G. Meyer passed peacefully into the hands of the Lord on Tuesday October 11, 2016.



Merle was born in Crofton Nebraska to Louis F. Meyer and Anna Fernholz Meyer.

After moving to Oregon and graduating from Gresham high school, Merle joined the U.S. Air Force from which he retired in 1968. He then went on to work for and retired from Tri Met. He leaves behind his wife Marry and his daughter Roxanne.

A celebration of his life will be at Finley Sunset Hills cemetery on Saturday October 15, 2016 at 12:00pm.

Merle
See you in the morning friend. We have been buddies for many years with fond memories of our younger days in Gresham. We will miss you at the GUHS reunions. Glad we had that farewell dinner at Applebees.
