Mick was a great platoon leader, officer, and man. As his Rifle Company Commander in C Company, 1st Battalion, 16th Infantry Regiment, I thought highly of Mick. After he left the Army, he reconnected with me some years later, asking for a recommendation. It really made my day that he thought of me when he needed something. I am in shock at hearing of his passing - may God bless his family, friends, and loved ones that crossed his path.

Mick was my go-to person for status of Alum-a-Lift orders. He was great to work with. I never met him, just mostly emails and I talked to him a few times.
My heart goes out to Mick's family. I'm truly sorry for your loss.
