Mike was a friend unique, from grade 8 through 11; he was my political conscience, my arbiter of culture: TV, movies, music and religion. He saw it all in a different light, a light that was just emerging in those troubled times. Our ways diverged, but I never forgot and I was never the same as before I knew him.
My condolences to all his family and friends, Tom Sublett, Golden CO.
