My deepest sympathy, so much love and prayers to you. Mikey was so engaging, funny and battled a difficult battle. He knew that Linda loved him, always, and I'm sure that gave him some peace when the battle was difficult. He can now be an angel helping others who are fighting the same foe of addiction. Rest in peace, Mikey, you will be missed by many.

Linda and Duke - Our deepest sympathies are with you and your family. Mikey did indeed have a true warrior spirit, always pushing to overcome whatever problems might come his way. His smile and laugh, his kindness when you least expected it, and his quick wit will always be remembered.

Linda and Duke, My deepest prayers and thoughts are with you right now. I know I haven't seen you all in a very long while but what I do remember about both of you is that you love your children. Please know that Abby, Meg, Jojo and I are thinking of you and if we can doing anything, please let us know. I haven't prayed in a very long time but lately it seems to be the only thing that really offers some peace. With Love, Minita and the girls
