I met Mike and Mark when I was in college and dating their sister. And I got to know them through the years as brother-in-law and friend. Both of them were brilliant, easy to be with and very, very funny. They were good brothers-in-law with whom I was pleased to continue a relationship even after their sister and I divorced. I have only the fondest memories of them both. Michael was a special guy who deserved a longer life. I will miss his stupid jokes and his easy laugh. Nice, nice guy. God bless you, Mike, and the peace of the Lord be with you Mark, through these difficult times.

"Michael" you always had a witty joke to share with me, I will remember our telephone conversations the way you always made me laugh. To the end you were clever, witty, and very loving towards your twin brother, Mark. Love you always for being part of my life.

A warm, kind old-fashioned gentleman - a rarity these days. Knew more jokes than anyone. Funny, intelligent, witty. It was a blessing to know him.

Uncle Mike, I will always treasure the memories that I have of you.
The last time we spoke making you laugh really hard to forget your sadness.
The time as a small child I was told that there was a surprise for me at Mama's house. When we walked in I got a glimpse of part of your head. I ran towards you excitedly yelling "Dad!" When I got closer I realized it was you and my expression dropped and I was like "Oh" You were a little taken aback for sure. . :-)
I really miss you. I have thought that I smelled your pipe tobacco a couple times since you died. It makes me smile every time.

I only got to spend a very little time with Michael, but he will be in my heart forever. I'll always remember him for his historical knowledge, and his funny jokes. It was a pleasure to be around him during the last few weeks of his life. I will truly miss him. His twin brother Mark means the world to my family and I, and my thoughts and prayers are with him. May Michael rest in peace, and may he watch over us all. Love, Ronda.

Michael was more than just my brother-in-law, he was a true friend. I will always treasure the visits we had in the last six or seven months. He was a very gentle person. He will be sorely missed.

The best brother that one could have: "The Gentle Giant". As identical twins we were together when we were born and together when he died. May he forever rest in peace, awating our eternal reunion.
