Michael Robert 'Mick' Musson, Jr. of Grayslake, Illinois, died on September 2, 2016 at the young and vivacious age of 22.
Mick was born in Highland Park, Illinois on April 13, 1994 the son of Michael and Arona Musson. He graduated from Warren Township High School class of 2012. He was a second generation audio visual specialist, he learned the trade from his father. He had a relentless love for life and his family. He enjoyed outdoor adventuring, snowboarding, biking, archery, longboarding, and he had just learned to wakeboard this summer. He also enjoyed live music and big family meals. He studied Muay Thai and Jiu Jitsu. He was an impeccable and creative problem solver in any and all situations. He taught himself how to make jewelry and how to engrave art onto knives. He would play tirelessly for hours on end with his niece and nephews. "He was the best friend I ever had," according to all of his friends.
Mick was always there to help and his presence will be deeply missed forever.
Mick was proceeded in death by his paternal grandparents Donald and Madeleine Musson and by his maternal grandparents Donald and Patricia DeMille and Delano F. Kayes.
Mick is survived in life by his loyal parents Michael and Arona Musson; his adoring siblings, Donald Musson, Madeleine Musson, Patricia Russell and brother-in-law Paul Russell; his darling niece and nephews Clementine, Rory and Finnegan. He is also survived by his caring Grandmother Vickie DeMille, dear aunts, loving uncles, and sweet cousins.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 2, 2016 from 4pm until 9pm, at Marsh Funeral Home 305 N. Cemetery Rd. Gurnee, IL with a Memorial Service beginning at 7pm.
