Peggy I've never meet you but I did meet your mom one day.
She was a sweet lady. I had lunch with her ,Diane and Ruby at El Fenix in Casa Linda.
Diane and I have been friends since we were 13 yrs. Your mom thought I looked like Michelle Lee.
God Bless you and your Family,

My dearest Ms. Mickey is now home sweet home.
She was my confidant, other Mother, friend and dear neighbor for 20 years.
During my chemotherapy for blood cancer, EVERY time I would be brought home, Ms. Mickey would be on her front porch waiting for me. She would always shout out to me, to come get a bag of food she had sacked up, for the kids and me:)
We had our up's and down's, as most neighbors do, but in the last 8 years, We patched things up, and were back to the daughter/mom relationship we had built many years before. Praise God!!!
One precious story to be shared:
About 6 years ago, my mom was dropping my daughter off. Ms. Mickey said to my mom, "You are so beautiful, what is your age?" My mom replied, "Well Miss I am 63. And what is your age?"
Straight face and as matter of factually, Ms. Mickey replied, " I am 60 AND NOT A DAY OVER!"
I have so many fond, wonderful stories and memories of my dear neighbor!
I have shed many many tears since I learned of Ms. Mickey going Home. I know she is healthier and happier, but selfishly REALLY MISS HER HAPPY FACE just sitting on her front porch, ready to talk and share her fun stories with me:)
MY CHILDREN AND I ARE BETTER PEOPLE IN THIS WORLD, BECAUSE WE HAD YOU IN OUR LIVES:)
We Love You Forever Ms. Mickey!

In every conversation we had, Mickey never ended it without telling me how much she loved Peggy and how beautiful Peggy is. That's what I will always remember about her.
My sincere condolences to all Mickey's family and especially the beautiful Peggy - my best friend for 37 years!

It is with love in our hearts we say goodbye to Minnie Able. Thanking her for raising a beautiful daughter and friend of mine. She instilled beauty and laughter in her, she taught her to work hard, play, cook and appreciate family and friends. Everyone that knows Peggy would agree, Minnie was a good mother and Peggy was a loving daughter. May God bless and keep you and your family close in this time of need.
